Benefits of Using Water Treatment Solution

Totally avoids any new scale formation and deposition in the entire cooling circuit, alongwith removal of existing Scale build up inside the circulation water pipelines.
Improved Cycles of Concentration as the TDS levels of the circulating water can be reduced and maintained around 1000 pmm to 1200 ppm after the installation at the site. This can be maintained or even further reduced depending on the evaporation loss.
Blowdown of water can be reduced and eventually stopped within a period of 4 weeks after installation. This will also indirectly benefit in reducing the makeup waterload requirements on a daily basis resulting in huge water savings and water costs.
Also our system enables in reducing / eliminating the chemical dosing requirements which also results in big cost savings on chemicals.
As our system works on the electrolysis principle it is eco- friendly and water being chemical free it is easy to reuse the blowdown water for gardening or other utilities.
There is certainly indirect benefits of the electricity costs as it reduces the load on chillers and also your ETP plant as the efficiency levels and performance improves on your equipments.
